🛡️ Are your products safe for newborns and babies?
Absolutely! All our products are made from skin-safe, hypoallergenic materials that are gentle on your baby's delicate skin. We carefully select fabrics that are free from harmful chemicals and meet safety standards for newborns and infants.
📦 How long does shipping take?
We offer the following shipping options across South Africa:
- Aramex Door Delivery: 2–4 business days — R140.00
- Courier Guys Standard: 2–3 business days — R180.00
- Courier Guys Express Overnight: Next business day — R210.00
- Pudo Locker to Locker: 2–4 business days — R75.00
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom/personalised orders may require an additional 2–4 business days for production. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
↩️ What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, please email returns@solarasprout.com with your order number and reason for return. View our full Returns & Exchanges Policy.
🚚 Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over R1,500 via Courier Guys standard delivery. For orders below this amount, a shipping rate applies depending on your chosen courier.
📏 How do I choose the right size for my baby?
We recommend referring to our size guide available on each product page. Our sizing is based on age and weight ranges. When in doubt, size up — babies grow fast!
🌿 What materials do you use?
We use premium, soft, and breathable fabrics including organic cotton, cashmere merino blends, genuine Karoo leather, and other skin-safe materials. Each product listing includes full material details.
🎨 Do you offer personalised or custom orders?
Yes! Many of our products can be personalised with your baby's name — including embroidered rompers, knit sets, and baby grows. Custom orders are also available. Contact us at info@solarasprout.com or WhatsApp 068 150 5820 to discuss your requirements.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within South Africa only. We are working on expanding our shipping to other countries — stay tuned for updates!
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, EFT, and payments via Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a fast and secure checkout experience.
