Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love every Solara Sprout purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
📅 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or log a complaint. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received — unworn or unused
- With original tags still attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your order number as proof of purchase
📧 How to Start a Return
- Email us at returns@solarasprout.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our confirmation — items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
- The customer is liable for return courier charges, unless the product was faulty or damaged.

🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We’re happy to help with exchanges where stock is available. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
⚠️ Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and arrange the necessary corrections at no cost to you.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Hygienic goods (e.g. pacifiers, feeding accessories)
- Custom or personalised items (e.g. embroidered name products, special orders)
- Personal care goods
- Sale items
- Gift cards

💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
